A Livingston Parish judge declined to set bail for a former teacher who is behind bars on 60 counts of production of child pornography and two counts of first-degree rape. 34-year-old Cynthia Perkins and her husband and longtime sheriff’s deputy Dennis Perkins were arrested last week. Danny Perkins faces additional counts for obscenity and video voyeurism.
