The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office says a man is in jail for allegedly shooting his brother over a $2 debt. Spokesperson Cindy Chadwick says they were called by the Vivian Police Department to assist in the shooting at an apartment complex Monday afternoon…:

Four bomb threats were made against four different schools in the Alexandria area today, forcing evacuations and leading police on aggressive on campus searches for explosive devices. The threats were against Bolton, Pineville and Alexandria Senior High and Brame Middle School. No explosive devices were found, and law enforcement is conducting an aggressive investigation.
