Holden Matthews, the man suspected of setting fire to three African American Churches in St Landry Parish last spring is scheduled to change his plea on February 10th. The 22-year-old has pleaded not guilty to both state and federal charges, but plea negotiations have been ongoing with federal prosecutors.
