Police in Monroe offer a reward for information that leads to the arrest of 18-year-old Isszvian (ih-SAHV-ian) Webb. Webb is accused of opening fire at law enforcement officers with a semi-automatic rifle on February 5th. When caught, he’ll face three counts of attempted murder. Folks with tips are asked to call Monroe Police at (318) 329-2600.

A Florida woman, armed with a blowtorch and a repurposed graffiti’ed school bus, led authorities in St. Tammany Parish on a chase during rush hour that ended in downtown Covington when she crashed on a school campus. St. Tammany Sheriff’s Sgt. Suzanna Carboni says 37-year-old Natalie Jarvis was involved in a domestic dispute a month ago, in which her boyfriend was taken into custody and a child removed from the bus, where the three were living as campers…:
