This morning’s Robert Mueller testimony on the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and allegations of criminal conduct by the President gave two members of the Louisiana Congressional delegation a crack at asking the Special Counsel a few questions, and to make statements to the public about their view of the affair.

New Orleans Democratic Congressman Cedric Richmond questioned the Special Counsel about orders issued by the President that he feels are tantamount to Obstruction of Justice.

But Northwest Louisiana Republican Congressman Mike Johnson, who closed for the GOP, disagreed, and called Mueller’s investigation a partisan witch-hunt…

Johnson called the testimony an effort to gain support for impeachment.
