A Caddo Parish Grand Jury has handed down a first-degree murder indictment to a Shreveport man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend last month. Authorities say 27-year-old Kelvin Brown II allegedly stabbed 33-year-old Alicia West to death on December 6th. Brown reportedly harassed and stalked the victim several times prior to the homicide.

Republican supporters of Governor Bobby Jindal establish a super PAC that could assist him in a presidential bid. Former Louisiana Congressman, Bob Livingston, is the chairman of the political action committee, called Believe Again PAC. Livingston says organizers of the super PAC have not set a goal of how much they plan to raise…
