Lafayette Police say the suspect in a fatal shooting Monday has turned himself in to authorities. They say 58-year-old Todd Hebert and 46-year-old Edmond Brown were arguing in the street when Hebert pulled a gun and shot Brown. When officers arrived, Brown was found lying dead in the street. Hebert surrendered to police and was charged with second degree murder.
