It’s awaiting a hearing in the House Criminal Justice Committee, but teacher unions are opposed to legislation that would allow administrators and certified teachers to possess a gun inside a school. The Ryan Seacrest Foundation is planning to build a two-story interactive play space inside the New Orleans Children’s Hospital. Staff and kids celebrated the announcement, excited for the hospital’s place space called Walker’s Imaginarium.
