Louisiana and other states will share 28-billion dollars in disaster aid recovery dollars as a result of legislation approved by Congress that also averts a partial federal government shutdown. The money will turn into grants that can help 2020 hurricane victims rebuild their homes. Southwest Louisiana Congressman Clay Higgins says it was a long battle to get this disaster relief money and the recovery mission is not over….
