St. Tammany Parish residents will get to vote on whether or not a casino should be built on the lake just outside Slidell on November 13th. This comes after a long council meeting that ended with an 8-6 vote to approve the vote. Councilman Jake Airey was one of the no’s, saying he’s frustrated that the resolution doesn’t legalize gambling parish-wide instead of just at this one location…
