That’s President Donald Trump speaking in New Orleans at the American Farm Bureau Federation yesterday. The partial government shutdown has reached its 25th day.

If you are looking forward to trying some great new Louisiana craft beers, the government shutdown is slowing down the release of those brews. Kevin Barnhart has the story.

Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser says the number of international visitors is up 37-percent in Louisiana, the second highest increase in the nation. Nungesser credits direct international flights from Toronto, London and Germany to New Orleans….
