It seems impossible but a new report shows that there are more opiod prescriptions in Louisiana than there are people. The Associated Press and the Center for Public Integrity found the state has a prescription-per-capita rate at 1.03 pain-killers written per resident in 2015. The clowns just won’t go away. Now it’s the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office that’s had to make an arrest on terrorizing charges related to the creepy masks. They say a 15-year-old boy is accused of sending a threatening message to a classmate on Instagram using an account for “willietheclown.” The juvenile was arrested on terrorizing charges.
