Louisiana State Police is investigating the death of a 14-year-old high school freshman who was allegedly shot by a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s deputy. The UL-System has chosen Dr. James Henderson as the next President of Northwestern State University. Henderson is a 1994 graduate of Northwestern and current Chancellor of Bossier Parish Community College. Enrollment has grown by 85-percent under his leadership at BPCC. Henderson sees growth in Northwestern’s future, but it will be a type of growth…
