The UL-System has selected Dr. James Henderson as the new President of Northwestern State University. Henderson is a 1994 graduate of Northwestern and currently the Chancellor of Bossier Parish Community College. Henderson will begin his term at Northwestern January 1st.

Harrell says three other suspects were taken into custody at the abandoned home where the shooting took place. A fifth person fled the residence and LSP is asking anyone with information on that person’s whereabouts to call 9-1-1.
