Although dog flu has a low mortality rate, Chang says it is very contagious and dogs can get really sick.

Louisiana employers are only slightly less optimistic about staffing for the first quarter of 2016 than they were the prior year. Michael Doyle, Vice President at the Manpower Group covering the southeast US, says about 15% of companies in Baton Rouge and about 20% in New Orleans say they will be adding to their staff in the first quarter of 2016.
