The New Orleans Police Department says Napleonville Senator Troy Brown was arrested over the weekend and charged with domestic abuse battery for allegedly punching a woman. Brown has released a statement that says he doesn’t remember what happened due to alcohol consumption and a car accident he was in in 1991.
