Lafayette Police say one is dead after a three vehicle crash Sunday. They say a Mitsubishi Montero ran a red light and crashed into a truck and another SUV before flipping over. Authorities say the driver of the Montero was pronounced dead at the scene. Three people in the other vehicles were transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries they suffered in the crash. The name of the deceased has not been released. The investigation is ongoing.
