The visitation venue for fallen State Trooper Steven Vincent is being moved to accommodate the large number of people expected to attend. Visitation will now take place at the Lake Charles Civic Center’s Rosa Heart Theater Friday from 3 to 9PM. Funeral services for Vincent are scheduled for noon Saturday at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Lake Charles.
