If you missed out on the first two rounds of the Louisiana Fortify Home Program, you still have a chance to get up to $10,000 to fortify your roofs against hurricane damage. The third round of the application period will open at noon today. Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon says 750 slots will be available for homeowners on a first-come, first-served basis.
