The average price for gasoline in Louisiana is down about a nickel from last month, at $2.53 a gallon. AAA fuel analyst Don Redman says that’s not the case along the West Coast, where they are seeing a 20 cent average increase, because some market and refinery issues. But Louisiana should not see this effect…
