The United Cajun Navy is conducting and search this morning for the Georgia man who went missing in Baton Rouge last week. They are holding an outreach and downtown cleanup event until Four this afternoon searching for Nathan Millard. Volunteers are meeting at the Watermark Hotel. Police are still treating this as a missing persons case, and say they haven’t ruled out foul play.
