A north Louisiana lawmaker has once again filed a bill to allow non-felons over the age of 18 to conceal carry without the need of a permit. Oil City Republican Danny McCormick’s proposal passed the House last year, but died in the Senate. Will the upper chamber seek to kill the bill again this year???
