Police in Lockport, Louisiana have arrested a man after he allegedly stabbed a dog, and set a house on fire in LaFourche Parish. Chief Warren Vedrose says twenty-four year-old Duane Ryan, Jr. apparently had an altercation with some friends, and grabbed a few kitchen knives to go after the men who fled. Ryan’s girlfriend left the house with the dog and her kids…
