The Supreme Court has ruled that same-sex couples can get married, but in Louisiana gay couples are still not able to get a marriage license. Louisiana Clerks of Court Association Executive Director Debbie Hudnall says they will not issue licenses until the Supreme Court challenge period is over…

A statement from the Attorney General’s office said that it has found nothing that makes the Court’s order effective immediately. Governor Bobby Jindal says they are waiting to hear from the 5th Circuit Court of appeals, which has heard arguments over Louisiana’s ban on gay marriages.

Florida Highway Patrol says a church school bus that left from the town of Deville in Rapides Parish crashed on I-10 in Walton County yesterday. Authorities say 20 people were taken to hospitals, but none of the injuries are considered life threatening. Officials say most of the people hurt were youths.
