The Louisiana Public Service Commission voted unanimously to approve a refund for customers of Cleco totally 1.64 million dollars, resulting from customer overcharges found in a 2014 audit of Cleco’s Rate Filing plan. The average customer refund will be about $3.50, and will show up on their September bill.
