Authorities have identified 31-year-old Ruben Ernesto Dorado of Miami as the man who stabbed DOTD worker Darrell Guillory Sunday along I-10 near Port Allen. Guillory was a Motorist Assistance Patrol worker and DOTD Secretary Shawn Wilson says they perform services to assist stranded motorists.
