Reportedly 5 bucks each, for five of them to do the deed. Three actually took part. Smith faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and malfeasance. She has been terminated.

Thibodaux Police continue to search for the gunman who fatally shot 15-year-old Jarian Cole from Assumption Parish on Saturday afternoon. Lt. Clint Dempster says Thibodaux isn’t accustomed to having murders occur…:

A Tangipahoa Parish home invasion Monday left one man dead and his daughter injured. Deputies say 33-year-old Donte Perry was found by officers dead. The 12-year-old girl taken to hospital, where she is expected to recover. Tips on the crime are welcome.
