Governor John Bel Edwards is in Scotland for the COPS26 Climate Conference. State Police are investigating 10 crashes that occurred over the weekend that left one or more people dead in each of them. A total of 12 people were killed in the accidents that happened in north, central and south Louisiana. At least two children lost their lives according to Sgt. James Anderson.
