Bardwell has been charged with 2 counts of 2nd degree murder and terminated from his job with the Ouachita Parish jail. Springfield says the investigation is ongoing.

State Police continue to investigate ten fatal traffic crashes over the Halloween weekend. 12 people are dead as a result of those accidents; including two kids. State Police Sgt. James Anderson says there were a number of reasons for the high number of crashes…:
