The Jindal administration releases its plan to fill a 103-million dollar deficit in this fiscal year’s budget. Commissioner of Adminsitration Kristy Nichols says the proposal calls for 61-million dollars in cuts to state agencies. Nichols says the cuts will eliminate various state contracts and impact state parks and museums…
