There’s a 103-million dollar revenue shortfall for this fiscal year, and the Jindal administration is proposing 61-million dollars in cuts to various state agencies and using 43-million in stopgap funds.  Commissioner of Administration Kristy Nichols says the joint legislative committee on the budget will have the chance to approve the governor’s revised budget plan  February 20th….
