The Louisiana SPCA has increased the reward to $3000 for anyone who has information on the person or persons responsible for be-heading a baby goat last week in a park in Orleans Parish. The owner of the animal believes an altercation with a group of teenagers could be the root of the act. You can report information to la-spca.org.

Governor Bobby Jindal is urging all parents to have their children vaccinated. A debate is underway nationally over whether the vaccines are harmful to children. Jindal says science shows vaccinations keep children safe. D-H-H immunization medical director, Doctor Frank Welch, supports Jindal’s position…:
