Governor Bobby Jindal has issued a statement urging parents to get their children vaccinated. A debate has erupted over whether parents should have the option on whether they want their child vaccinated. Jindal says science supports the effectiveness of vaccines and they keep children safe from potentially deadly but preventable diseases.
