Lapolitics.com is reporting former 5th District Congressman Vance McAllister, also known as the Kissing Congressman, is considering a run for the US Senate next year. Apparently McAllister said if Congressman John Fleming of Minden is the only one who seeks the seat then he’d go up against him.
