Governor Bobby Jindal announces the appointment of Chip Kline as the Chair of the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority. He will replace Jerome Zeringue who recently resigned. Kline currently serves as the Deputy Director for Coastal Activities in the Governor’s office.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has issued several citations on a group of people for allegedly hunting ducks illegally over a sewer plant in Acadia Parish.
