The governor’s office confirms two people are dead after a likely tornado roared through Ruston early this morning. No details have been reported on how the individuals died. Extensive damage has been reported throughout the city, even on Louisiana Tech’s campus, where the softball stadium and soccer field sustained damage. Classes have been canceled for the day.
