A Lake Charles man has been charged with manslaughter in the beating death of a Baton Rouge nurse. Authorities say 54-year-old Jessie Guillory attacked Lynne Truxillo at a nurses station inside Baton Rouge General Mid City on April fourth and she died from her injuries days later.
