An active duty member of the security forces at Barksdale Air Force Base is dead. Initially, Eduardo Ramos Jr. lost control of his vehicle and collided with an overpass bridge rail Saturday night. When another drive stopped to help, both vehicles were then struck by an oncoming truck. LSP spokesperson Scott Moreau says the investigation is continuing into which impact was fatal to Ramos as he fell from the overpass.
