There were flying accusations last night in the debate featuring former Democratic Governor Edwin Edwards and Republican Garret Graves in their battle for the 6th Congressional runoff race. Graves said, it was time to look foward, not backward….

Louisiana is joining a 16 state coalition-led by Texas Governor-elect Greg Abbott, in suing the Obama adminstration for the recent executive orders regarding illegal immigrant amnesty. Abbot says that Texas would especially be harmed by President Obama’s executive orders, since his state has such a long border with Mexico.
