Coastal parishes in southeast Louisiana experienced a rare snowfall during the overnight hours. Just enough to cover the ground and make some roads slick. It is a little warmer this morning and highs today we’ll get in the 40s, but another hard freeze is expected tonight and into tomorrow morning.
