The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 58-year-old Belle Rose man after his attempt to rape a woman was thwarted by her 16-year-old son. Authorities say after Henry Buggage gave the victim a ride home, he began to attack the woman in the living room of her home. That’s when the woman’s 16-year-old son stepped in and Buggage ran from the house. Buggage is charged with attempted rape and home
