A Caldwell Parish juvenile is in custody for allegedly destroying a building that belonged to St. Paul Baptist church in nearby Richland Parish. Richland Sheriff Gary Gilley says the suspect is also accused of stealing an Entergy truck before setting fire to the church’s new sanctuary..:
