Parkway High School in Bossier says student athletes are required to stand for the national anthem and continued failure to comply will result in removal from the team.

The state Department of Transportation’s Motorist Assistance Patrol Program, or MAP program, is now available in the Alexandria-Pineville area. DOTD spokesperson Deidrea Druilhet says two MAP vehicles will be on call to help stranded motorists on major highways…
