Over a million people voted yesterday, with two races finishing in a tie in West Carroll and St. Mary Parishes, and of course, the Senate race headed to the runoff.

 

One man who will not be headed to a runoff is 5th District Congressman Vance McAllister, who is saying he help to those who are in the runoff.
