A middle school administrator is under arrest amid allegations he was exchanging naked pictures with a teenage girl over Facebook. The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s office says 42-year-old Edwin Chastang of Baker was arrested and charged with computer aided solicitation of a minor. The suspect is the vice principal of Southeast Middle School in Baton Rouge and the 15-year-old victim had previously went to that school.

The man accused in the Bourbon Street shooting is due to appear today in court before a judge in New Orleans. Trung Le is being held without bond for one charge of first-degree murder and has a total of $4.5 million dollars bond for nine counts of attempted first degree murder. New Orleans Police continue to search for a second gunman and urge anyone with information on this person to contact Crimestoppers.

A 40 year prison sentence has been given to a Bossier City man accused of killing his estranged wife and discarding her remains last November. Eric Gill has more…:

A federal judge has sentenced a Shreveport pastor to six-and-a-half years in prison for taking minors across state lines and having sex with them. 54-year-old Andrea (Andre) Lewis, pastor of Act on Faith Ministries, was found guilty of three federal sex crimes in May. US Attorney Stephanie Finley says Lewis used his status as pastor to coerce young female church members to have sex with him…:
