The Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director is not holding back when it comes to speed of FEMA getting flood victims into temporary housing. In an interview with a Baton Rouge TV station, Mark Harrell said that FEMA needs to stop giving them lip service and get off their, “A” and deliver the units.
