Chairman of the Public Service Commission and former Congressman Clyde Holloway has passed away at the age of 72. Holloway served as one of five members of the PSC since 2009, and was elected to the US House of Representatives from 1987-1993. Holloway is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cathie, his four children, nine grandchildren and six siblings.
