State Police has sent a hazmat unit to Camp Minden in Webster Parish after receiving numerous phone calls about a possible explosion. Shortly after 5 AM, several reports started coming in about a bright light in the sky. The last time something like this occurred, millions of pounds of M-6 propellent was found improperly stored at Camp Minden.
