Three campuses within the Louisiana Community and Technical College System will be getting expansions. He says these new facilities will provide training in various areas like welding, automotive technology, construction, manufacturing, and information technology. Today Edwards will visit BRCC to highlight the state-of-the-art collision repair training and technology center.

The LSU School of Veterinary Medicine says they are not going to try to put Mike the Tiger in his trailer for home games in the upcoming season. They say they have never forced Mike VI to go to Tiger Stadium, and due to his recent cancer diagnosis they are just going to keep him in his habitat for fans to enjoy on game day.
