The medical marijuana extension bill cleared a key legislative hurdle Wednesday as the House advanced the measure meaning it only has a quick stop on the Senate side for amendments before going to the governor’s desk. Former Monroe children’s television host Frank Selas, known in North Louisiana as Mr. Wonder, will be sent back to Rapides Parish today where he faces rape a battery charges of children.
